(Rosemont, Illinois) – Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that the firm has recently completed a 56,100 square foot industrial lease renewal in River Grove, Illinois.
Lopin Enterprise, the lessor, renewed the lease of the industrial building located at 2021 West Street in River Grove to Chicago Display Marketing Corporation. Chicago Display Marketing Corporation is a full-service company that specializes in custom point-of-purchase displays, store fixtures and retail graphics that enhance brand identity. Epic Realty Partners’ Ed Brandt, partner of the firm, Phil Rosenberg, partner, and Marc Gensler, vice president, represented both the tenant and the owner in the lease negotiations.
