(Rosemont, IL) – Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that six individuals from the firm have recently been promoted for their excellence.

They exemplify our goals through their performance, teamwork, and contributions.”

Denise Stein Chaimovitz, Justin Lerner and John Schwarze have been promoted from Associate Vice President to Vice President. These individuals were recognized for their on-going commitment to Epic Realty, the dedication they demonstrate to clients, and several recent notable achievements. Chaimovitz recently attained the listing of two properties totaling 500,000 square feet for sale or lease. Lerner was Epic Realty’s Broker of the Year for 2007, after having arranged and completed a 454,000 square foot lease on behalf of Domtar Corporation in Addison, Illinois. Schwarze was instrumental in arranging a 113,000 square foot long-term lease to Comcast Corp. in Elmhurst, Illinois.

Also promoted this year, Todd Heine, Michael Nolan and John Basile will now serve Epic Realty as Associate Vice Presidents. Heine and Nolan are currently serving as the real estate experts for a solar energy developer which is seeking multiple parcels of land in various states for solar farms. The Heine-Nolan team acts as the main point of contact to the solar developer by working with real estate professionals in specified regions to find the most suitable sites for solar development. Heine and Nolan’s guidance enables the client to make informed decisions by assisting with negotiation, research and presentation to make the acquisition process as smooth as possible. Basile’s most recent notable achievements include participation in the sale of an $8.3 million industrial property in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and a $2 million land sale in Joliet, Illinois.
