(Rosemont, Illinois) – Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that two of the firm’s Partners Phil Rosenberg and Ed Brandt, along with Associate Vice President Mike Nolan have recently completed a 7.7 acre land sale in Mundelein, Illinois.

Located at Route 176 and Midlothian Road, the land was purchased by Sunrise Senior Living for the development of an assisted and senior living facility. Sunrise Senior Living is one of the world’s premier providers of senior living services with more than 440 senior living communities throughout the world. The sale was valued at $4.5 million. Rosenberg, Brandt and Nolan represented Sunrise Senior Living as well as the seller of the property, Ferris Homes.
