(Rosemont, Illinois) - Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that Marc Gensler, vice president of the firm has recently completed a 41,035 square foot industrial sale at 3801 N. 25th Street in Schiller Park, Illinois.

Gensler represented the purchaser of the Schiller Park property, Humboldt Manufacturing. The firm provides testing equipment for construction materials. Humboldt Manufacturing is relocating from Norridge, Illinois to the Schiller Park property. The industrial building was sold by ACRA Electric. The sale was valued at approximately $800,000 and a 6B tax incentive was supported by the village. Joel Schneider of Atlas Partners represented ACRA Electric in the sale.
