(Niles, Illinois) – Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that the firm’s Justin Lerner, associate vice president has recently completed a 453,361 square foot lease on behalf of Domtar Paper Company, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Domtar Corporation in Addison, Illinois.

Located at 350 S. Rohlwing Road in the western surburb of Chicago, Domtar selected the facility for its rail service and central location. The paper manufacturer is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec and will utilize this facility for a regional manufacturing and distribution location. Jeff Kapchek and Brian Kling of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented the building’s ownership in the lease negotiations. Lerner, assisted by David Friedland, partner of the firm represented Domtar.

“This is an exciting deal for the marketplace during a time in which few, if any, deals of this magnitude are closing,” said Lerner of Epic. “The access to rail service was critical for this client, and the Addison location offered both rail service as well as a central location with access to multiple interstates. After an expansive market search we are pleased to have found this prime location for Domtar.”
