(Rosemont, Illinois) – Epic/Savage Realty Partners is pleased to announce the recent relocation of its headquarters, its new name and a refreshed corporate identity. The company now operates as Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide from its new offices in the Columbia Centre I building located at 5600 N. River Road, Suite 150 in Rosemont, Illinois.

As a result of 18 successful years in the industry, Epic/Savage Realty Partners outgrew its limited office space in Niles and relocated to a modern, high-end office in Rosemont to accommodate its growth. To coincide with the move, the company has developed an updated brand identity including a modified name, new website, a modern logo and an overhauled corporate image.

“As we continued to increase our transaction volume and add new members to our expert staff, we needed to provide a work environment that would accommodate our growing team and enhance our image in the industry,” remarked Joel Friedland, a founding Partner at Epic Realty Partners. “The new offices are tastefully appointed, centrally located and provide a better flow of operations. We are excited about these recent changes and look forward to continued growth into the new year.”
The search for Epic’s new home was conducted by two of its partners, Phil Rosenberg and Ed Brandt. “We looked at virtually every possibility in the O’Hare market and concluded 5600 N. River Road was the best choice for us,” said Rosenberg.
